It was worth its 4 stars. We thoroughly enjoyed location and staff - excellent! Also, free Wi Fi was provided. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like Grounded, set within 15 minutes walk or so.

Would recommend this place. This hotel was fabulous base for exploring Rotorua, greatly enjoyed it. They have breakfast, it costs nzd 19 per person. A large room.
